The class has three important principles:

Work to the ground

The ground as a friend of the body. We will explore different ways of arriving and leaving it.

Body center

We will investigate different dynamics, qualities and qualities of movement. Looking for a more personal language. Always working from the center. We will look for ways to move more natural, for our body.

Energy

The idea is to accumulate energy, creating a continuous dynamic, which will become one of the basic tools of my work. The repetition and continuity of the class will give us an active state, both physical and psychic. This will help us to work in a more instinctive way with our body.

Remove the animal that we carry inside.

The class consists of a more physical and a more free part in which there will be improvisation and written phrases. We will work with gestures and how we can give meaning to the movement.

Let us fly with the imagination ...
